From the lack of acknowledgement to my mention of the film and a scene within the film I'm not sure if anyone here has seen it but the film that revived James Spaders career is about exactly that. It's called Secretary and if you like movies that are more offbeat, you should see it. Great movie - easy to understand why people started taking another look at Spader whose self loathing "sadist" was a far cry from the smarmy rich kid parts he got stuck in back when he was doing all of the teen movies.
