What I did find was a kangaroo court that wants to hang the husband who has been accused of NO crime and found guilty of no crime.
Neocons are so quick to find someone guilty when they haven't even been accused of a crime !
Oh, ya, the crime is that they don't fit the self-righteous image each tiny neocon has of itself.

Fenix03, I support the death penalty as long as we are sure the right person is being put to death.
Anyone trying to connect heinous crimes with a spouses rights. Really will never understand very much and should stick their heinous crimes understanding up their heinous.
Our prisons aren't full because of death penalty cases. Those kind of statements are nothing but SMOKE SMOKE AND MORE SMOKE from small town small minded people that have never seen or done very much except small town living.
Just remember its this White House that said a thousand times or more they would bring less government into your personal life. Over and Over again Bush said that and now look.
Simply put there is no way any of us can trust what this White House and its supporters say.

Classic, I understand, but like Crowfarm says, he should have shown some diplomacy when sending someone to die instead of pretending he was getting electrocuted and laughing about it. Actually, this case cemented my dislike for Bush.

I am wondering how anyone can connect the husband's new family with whether or not his wife should live.
If I was in a vegetative state or coma, I would never expect my husband to become celibate indefinitely.
I would want him to be happy.
But others want to live by "The Rules" and don't care about the person they allegedly love....they prefer that they be lonely and miserable(like themselves).
These people will NEVER understand love. They don't feel it and shouldn't tell others how to "do"it.
If you really love somebody you want them to be happy.....even if it doesn't include YOU.
Some shriveled up old cronies will never understand that.

Other than you? How many times have I mentioned that I have never seen you as being a liberal, but rather a moderate dem? Do you describe yourself as a liberal?
It's been my opinion that many liberals are 'bleeding hearts' who focus more on the rights of the perpetrators...and they do for the victims of crimes. And they do appear to usually be against the death penalty while complaining about the mistreatment given to the perpetrators.
...if the accusations in the text you posted are true than I would say that there should be another lawsuit if a hospital admitted an emergency patient and failed to notice that they had compression fractures as well as a broken back, pelvis and ankle. Sorry - that just does not pass the smell test.
Well...that's exactly how I feel about her husband being given the 'right' to demand she be murdered through starvation all these years. Especially when she has had NO representatation, like an attorney of her own, protecting HER rights against these continued actions of his. Before anyone is killed...they should have their own attorney who's looking out for THEIR BEST interests.

This is an easy statement to answer and has been answered time and time again in this thread. The Catholic Church does not believe in divorce. If he is a devote catholic then that is why he wants the feeding tube removed and she will die then that leaves everything on the up and up and he can marry his illegitimate family.

So now we all see Bush returning from the ranch to sign a new law that now will make it a federal matter and no longer the spouses choice or a states courts decision if the plug should be pulled on someone. I think while all the Honorable Law makers like Tom Delay are at it. They should look at how Moral it is to let thousands of Americans die on the streets of America from neglect. Yes all you so Honorable ones take a look at those dead Americans while your at it!!!!
