Today receiving 9 negatives on eBay is no gurarantee you'll be suspended. They only suspend when they feel like it no matter what is on the persons record.
I know because I've given negatives when needed and was told they don't just suspend someone even if they have more than 4 negatives.
And not sure that even if you give 9 that it'll count as 9 because it's from the same seller.......
kinda like buying several items from one seller and paying and leaving them a positive for each one but they don't all count only 1 does..... so I would assume it's the same with negatives.

Some here are mixing up a couple of variables:
4 negs means nothing, unless you had a (0) rating and the 4 negs came from separate users. The rules say you will be suspended for a -4 rating. No, one user cannot do that to another by themselves, there have to be 3 others involved.
Also, the amount of negs someone gets is irrelevant, unless they result in the user having a -4.
What did it for me was the filing of 9 FVF refund requests.

I'm glad to see SOMEONE standing up for what's right AND what's deserved. There really are way too many users who shrink into the fetal position when it comes to a feedback confrontation.

Your two sentences above are in disagreement with each other. But that aside, how soon after you left the negs/filed for FVF did you observe that the account was NARU?
