Eastwest, thanks for explaining this. Some people may have no problems with the way you decide to run your business. But there is always the chance that someone else may decide to do the same thing that you suggested and they may not realize the trouble that they can bring down on themselves. Perhaps you did not realize this either. Good luck with your auctions.

I say, we grab that King fella and our President and drag their sorry butts to the border and SHOW them there is no fence and tell them we want to be one big country with ONE postal system!

What does it take to make them realize we don't want to bomb each other? We love our Canadian Neighbors and they love us too! Good Grief! Argggh!

Now I need a drink! LOL!!

wlak?

Hi Bill

How's everyone making out with their packages?

It has become my daily mission to get the best for my dollar as I can.
Those boxes that I can't reduce, and are going to cost me a small fortune get the "royal treatment"...double, tripling the boxes inside and loading up with packaging material. Might as well...I am paying for the weight anyhow. I am sure to get some glowing feedback for my new "bomb-proof" packaging.

When a Diva walks by---her sashay sucks all the oxygen away

Went to the Post Office today and they gave me this stupid little wheel that I can not figure out for the life of me and I was told that there is no rate chart and it can only be figured out on the computer !!!!!

Zazzie...a Diva shouldn't be spending her time with spinning wheels!

The wheel is useless without a rate book.

I am in a small town, so I have the same guide the postal clerks use to look up rates as they don't have such a thing as a computer up in these neck of the woods. (and I hope they don't get one either...it would take months for them to learn how to use it!).

In the city, they have it computerized, but maybe you can explicitly ask for the October 2000 Distribution Services book...I can't see why they could hold back giving you a copy.

This explains all the nasty details.
