Iv'e been trying for an hour. I can't even get to the announcement board to see whats happening. All I get are connection errors. Is it just me?

Down in NYC for about the past 2 hours. Only place I can get is the announcement board - and it doesn't say anything more recent that last night's Billpoint free listing.

No connection here in Massachusetts. Been trying for about 2 hours now. I can see the announcement board, but no picture icons for search, community etc. Can't get anywhere! Announcement board says nothing about being down!

I live in the Akron/Canton area of Ohio....is up and running here. To let those of you know with problems, there is no announcement on the board from Ebay.

Mebbe one of you with eBay access could let them know their service is totally unavailable in many areas of the US this fine-Holiday season?!? I realize NYC is small potatoes... LOL.

I heard from my husband who is at work. They are having strange connections problems today. Those of you who are having trouble...can you get to other web sites ok? It sounds like something regional is going on.

As one who cannot access eBay, I *can* access any and all other sites fine thus far. Perhaps it's their regional network... which I have no clue who that might be. I can tell you it's not SplitRock, however. Iffin' that matters!

Anyone that has access to eBay, please tell them that many of us don't have access. I wrote to Time Sensitive and this is what they state:

Me again from the Akron/Canton, Ohio area...Still no msg. on the Ebay board...update here: Cannot do any search for items. I can search for bidders and sellers, but not items. And btw, when did the word "new" appear after "search title"?? Could this have something to do with the current problems?

I don't think she gets it at all! Please, anyone that has access write to them. I just listed all the Cities, States that have access and those that don't to time sensitive. Also asked if they even read this thread! Guess they can't be bothered if there isn't enough noise about it! Waahhhh I need access!

Methinks Holly, et al *will* grasp this soon enough. Sure looks like a massive outage happening here. Even those who can access eBay don't seem to be able to function normally.
This is nearly as comical as the presidental election... for those of us with torqued senses of humor. I'd be laughing, but I have 5 auctions ending this morning. Two sales and 3 Christmas gifts I was bidding on. :Sigh:

Well, it's going on 4 hours now here in Eastern PA, only thing I can get to is Announcement board, and of course that says nothing. ping and tracer time out.
