There is a "Dinky Track Road" near where I live. Also, there is a town near here called Maybe. They quit putting up road signs saying how far to Maybe because they got stolen. For example: New York City 310 miles Maybe 25

I mailed to a small town where some of the residents name their houses and the post office will deliver that way; this particular person said to send it to their name and then for the address to put "Beyond Our Means"!

I have also had a customer who lived on their last name street. Ms. black of Black road. It was NOT a very common name, either.
Don't forgot those musical favorites like Blueberry Hill..

In an area of KY we drive through there is a Stinking Creek. Hungery Horse would be unusual if it were not so well known. The US Geological Survey went through and tried to clean up all the landmark names that were deemed unsuitable a few years ago and ran into a wall of resistance from locals who valued the historic accuracy of the names.

I use to live on Enchanted Lane on Enchanted Island in Mound,MN.A couple of times when writing a check people would look at the address and ask where is Enchanted Lane and I would tell them the truth that is was on Enchanted Island.Right away they would think I was crazy or trying to give them a bad check.A couple of times store clerks called the police thinking they had someone trying to pass bad checks.
