I bought a old faded thin shirt at a garage sale for a quarter. It was a pabst blue ribbon button up shirt. Like I said, it was old and worn thin, and even had a small area where paints splattered on it. I listed it for a dollar, and to my huge suprise it sold for $63! I wish it would have been in mint condition! LOL

A rusty old "head"--it was obviously part of something else. Found it under an old porch we tore down. My husband said "bet you can't sell THAT on eBay" -- I didn't think so either, but bids came in and it sold for $21. I learned later that it was part of an old mechanical bank...I saw one of those banks in perfect condition sell on eBay for less than I got for the rusty old head.
