The buyer's note seems too smooth for my comfort. As Shatner says, "This isn't our first time at the rodeo" Get the items back, examine them. Don't be afraid to take a neg-you can respond to that neg-and see what ya think after examining the goods. It's hard to believe a critical seller could miss the described damage.

I think you should do what she wants, and I believe that you will get glowing feedback.
I've bought clothing from high feedback sellers and found spots and holes that it's hard to believe they missed (and which rendered the garments useless).
So, unless you see evidence in her feedback that she is scamming you, I think you need to take her word for you.
BTW, both sellers who sold me the damaged clothing refunded my money (including shipping) without even asking me to return the clothing.
