HI all - first, congrats! but second...I don't really understand how people know about such widely varying items. I just don't get it when it comes to recognizing all those kinds of glass, and gee-gaws. Plus, how do you know which records are ebayable? I tried buying a few at a sale but didn't end up listing any, though I still have them and may check ebay again. [1970s/80s era rock groups like Cream]
I probably missed dozens of "finds" yesterday, but I had fun buying a set of 20-lb weights for a buck, some Picachu slippers for my daughter, a bag of seashells [what a hit!] and a grocery bag full of new romances for 25 cents each, that will earn me credit points at the used bookstore. I also remembered to haggle and beat down the price a bit on some videos and woodworking books I bought in batches, but I didn't have the guts to say "any more books in the house you want to sell?"
