Very true Mildreds
We also have to remember that AW and various other public message boards serve as teaching grounds for many new buyers and sellers that seek guidance. I can not endorse nor recommend that buyers send this kind of email like a form letter. This is what makes the reaction of some in the long thread so disappointing. Rudeness and threats should always be discouraged, even when in the middle of a hot conflict. If you want the best service, one will always get more when the approach is courteous, professionnal and respectfull of the other.
Have a nice day, I'm off to a few garage sales for the afternoon.

I am still waiting for theater tickets from someone I bought from on ebay also. AMC to be exact. I paid thru billpoint the seller still has not sent them to me, I am voiding the transaction with my creditcard, I also saw that the seller is selling the same tickets again so I emailed everyone in his auction and told them to beware. Was just wondering if yours was the same seller.

I sell more than I buy. but I must say: When I have to wade through paragraphs of details about shipment and paying, I tend to avoid the seller.
I try to figure a fair price for shipment, (in my own auctions) unless it is a heavy item and have to consider alternative prices). I state my price, period. If the person wants something else, they will email me and I TRY to comply.
so many sellers want payment in ten days....how many get it? I do not get a lot of mailed payments in ten day. And I do nto leave neg feedback, except after more than a month of trying. Usualy I get paid sooner or later, unless the person had computer troubles.
You might consider putting in your TOS that the USPS website states that media mail can take up to XX days, but that your experience has been an average of XX days. That might help people like your bidder (who may not have had previous media mail experience).
