I don't hold feedback hostage. It just takes me a while to get around to leaving it. If someone leaves feedback for me, I return the favor promptly. If somone emails and asks for feedback I give it to them ASAP.

I don't get offended by people asking for feedback.

If you were running 480 or 4800 auctions, instead of just 48, you might have a different take on the issue.

I leave feedback for EVERY high bidder. That
said, I prefer that the bidder leave it first
when they receive the package. This makes
sense as a deal is a series of taking turns
that begins when I list it, and logically
ends when I leave feedback. I have my own
feedback reminder and I've had more people
thank me (claiming they forgot) than I've had
people complain.
