"[If] I never hear from you again, and dont get my money back....sorry to inform you that IS fraud!"
Two weeks is "never again?" No two weeks of never hearing from seller is not fraud.
While you didn't say you will file fraud charges today, you did say "I will wait a few more days, maybe a week to see if item arrives. When (IF) it does, I will leave appropriate feedback. If it does not, I will file fraud complaint with both Paypal, and Ebay, and maybe the fraud.com whatever it is that Ebay refers to."
If you want to save me the aggravtion just email your user id and I can blacklist you.
"I have been selling and buying from EBAY for almost 4 years, so it's not like I don't know what I am doing."
Really? You didn't even know some sellers take the weekends off! You don't even know some sellers just ship the item out after paypay is received rather than duplication info you already have. You sound like a novice.

"If a seller puts a BIN price on their auctions, they should expect that a buyer wants to BUY IT NOW...not five days later."
Sounds logical until I check my records and see most BIN buyers wait a week before sending payment or not at all. Why assume they need it now? Maybe they just want to guarantee they win the item, that's why I use BIN. Plus, using a BIN and waiting a week for a eoa response from the seller is still faster than waiting a week for the auc tion to end plus another week for the seller's eoa.

You are reading things that aren't there. Maybe you should have your glasses checked. I never said TWO WEEKS. I said I would wait a few more days, or a week to see if it came or I heard from her. I never said WHEN I would file a complaint. You definitely have a problem. You needn't worry about blacklisting me either. I doubt if you have anything I would even be interested in buying. Why are you so down on me in the first place? And when I use BIN, I use it for a reason. If I wanted to wait two weeks or so, I would play the bidding game. I used BIN to BUY IT NOW. It is only common courtesy to at least acknowledge your sellers win, and to let them know when you will ship. Sorry if you don't feel that way. Run your business the way you want. I will run mine the way I want.

yumacoot,
quickdraw is a moron who always has horsesh-- advice and views. You are in the right if this seller does not respond in filing with paypal and later fraud charges. It is simple common sense to let the buyer know that payment has been received and that the item is on the way.
Quickdraw has his account froze because he is such a loser that he doesn't respond to buyers either. He offers excuses on why he doesn't need to provide service and retaliates against anyone willing to stand up against his crap.
Common sense, something quickdraw is lacking.

You're so immature caffetilia. You attack me on every thread when the subject opposes sellers vs buyers.
Since I plan and research everything I do, I don't qualify as a moron. I wish you get over your anger so you can start contributing to this world rather than destroy it.
I think keeping in contact or at least answering emails from customers in a timely manner is a necessary part of customer service, however according to the link above, unless the seller makes a statement of fast shipment they have 30 days in which to ship. Legally speaking.

Yes, it was stated shipment would be made immediately upon payment, and I stated in earlier answer, seller has contacted me and shippid the item. Claimed never got any of my earlier emails.

Thanks! I kind of figured as much....
Issue resolved. Oh BTW, I also NEVER stated I would neg the seller. I stated I would leave appropriate feedback, and I will.

I meant shipped not shippid. I do know how to spell, and I also know how quick people are on these boards to criticize spelling errors

Although I agree with mypostingsid a great deal. I really had a red face because an incident. I sold an item & used WBN , after 4 days I had not heard from the buyer. I waited until a toatal of 7 days & emailed the buyer, no response. At 10 days I repeated my email, still with no response. At 14 days I said that if I didn't hear in 48 hours I would neg & file FVF. The next day I rec'd answer. She was in the Hospital & had a heart attack. So, anything can happen. Boy, did I feel stupid.

sanmar,
I hope the story is true, but in my experience, I have received that e-mail so many time, especially at bidville, that if I had a dollar for every time I got that excuse, I wouldn't have to do auctions anymore. Keep tabs on this one. File the NPB after another week if no payment has come and let the process complete. I hope you get your payment and you may, but be prepared if not.
Good Luck.
