Hi, I'm another reporter. I cover e-commerce at USA TODAY and would be interested in talking with anyone who has been a victim of auction fraud and has a story to tell, as well as some tips they can share on how others can avoid it. Please e-mail your phone number and I will call you ([email protected]) or give me a call at 703.276.5571. Thanks.

Petty Larceny my ass, this could probably be considered Mail Fraud which is now a Federal Offence in many states and provinces.

WOW, I still beat everyone with the largest total loss on this message board. $3550 to be exact (Cdn Dollars) to some A-hole selling DVD movies on eBay (340 to be exact). Yes I am a retard for thinking someone would sell these for $10 + shipping ea. The OLD saying still (and forever will) holds true..."If it seems like it's a little too good to be true...It probably is...!" EBAY is nothing more than a CRIME BROKER much of the time. They make it simple and almost "legal" to rip people off. About the Class action lawsuit against eBay,,DOES anyone have any info regarding this? PLEASE PLEASE let me know.
