Not really, but you might want to choose one with a relationship with your current US banks to ease transfer costs.

by the way,i found a way to avoid that 35 dollars wiretransfer fee.by asking my bank to issue a draft and overnite express to me .
then i mail it to my vendor,of course with the japanese,they want me to pay for that special fee on their end.
