Hello.
I am having some problems launching items in my inventory program. I select an item from my inventory and click on Launch. Then I get the message -Please select one item-
I have tried repeatedly using different items to launch, but no use. I still get the same message.

Hi Woodenhorse,
We are getting error messages that you have been trying to relist several auctions that aren't available for relist. Is this seperate from your inventory problem?

You cannot launch inventory items. When you select an item and click launch you get the message that you need to select an item even though you have selected the item. When you try to launch more than one auction with one click the auction site you choose does not default in each drop down box beside the items. Any ideas????
Thank you,

Hi everyone,
If you go in to edit your inventory item, scroll down to the bottom to where the Auction Information tab is and click Edit/Setup next to the auction site under Site Specifics. Make sure that you have all the information there saved correctly, and hit the save button. Please hit Save even if you are not changing anything. Then go back to the main Inventory page and try to launch your item. If this does not work please let me know.

I guess the use of the inventory page is useless. (Error Error) And AW is not addressing us very well on this matter. Its coffee break time you know.

Line: 512
Char 3
Error: 'selectedindex' is null or not an object
Code: o
URL: http://wsacp.auctionwatch.com/my/acp/inventory_edit_new
Please fix inventory so we can use it.

Hi Fireman68,
Have you tried the workaround that I presented above? If you have and you are still having trouble, let me know which item in inventory you are trying to launch that is giving you that error message.

Hi Fireman68,
I went through the workaround and it should be fixed now. What I did was find your inventory item, select it and click Edit. Then I scrolled down to the bottom and clicked Edit for your eBay Site Specifics, scrolled to the bottom of that page, and hit save. Then when I was back on the main editing screen for that inventory item, I hit Save again. Then from the general Inventory page, I found your item again and attempted to launch it. It took me to the launch page, meaning it was successful. I also did not get that Line error you were getting. Try launching those two items again from your inventory and let me know if they still give you problems.

I did your workaround for the 1993 $1 Federal Reserve Star Note and it work fine. Then I did the 1995 $1 Federal Reserve Star Note and select item and click on launch and I got a message that said Please select at least one item. Went back and did it again and this time I made sure the 1995 was select and click on Launch and still got the same message.

Hi Fireman68,
I have tried for the item you cannot get launched and I'm able to get to the Launch Item page -- I no longer get the errors. This is for the 1995 $1 Federal Reserve Star Note (Choice/CU), correct?

I too can not launch from inventory.
I only want to launch a few items. But gosh, if I were to want to launch a load like I have in the past going to each item and doing the edit thing would not be the answer.
Can you please address the issue at hand?
WE CAN NOT LAUNCH FROM INVENTORY. After the items are select, and you go to the top and click the launch button you get a message that says "Please select at least one item."
In my case I had 3 items selected.

Hi RichieRich,
Are these items that were originally created with the old templates? This error comes up on auctions that were saved in inventory with the old templates -- the way to correct it is to go into the site specifics for that item and make sure that that you save with the new templates showing. Also since there have been category changes at eBay in the past couple months, you may want to check and make sure that you do not have an old category in site specifics.
If all this fails, let me know which three items so that I can take a look at them.

MORE PROBLEMS IN PARADISE!
I attempted to try your work around.
I get to the edit page. Click save. Back to the item page, click save and after waiting for minutes I get a message at the bottom of my screen were it normally says DONE or shows the adrress of the item you mouse is on...anyway it says ERROR ON PAGE.
I have checked the page and see nothing wrong.

The 3 items are:
NWT Size 5X Army Green Golf Ball T-Shirt
NWT Size 3X Army Green Golf Ball T-Shirt
Don't know how you will know which one this is because this is the title on a lot of my items ...here is the title:
NWT Size 3XL S/S Button Down Collar Shirt
It currently has 3 Available $20.00 store price ( that might help you figure out which one).
here is the describition:
This quality shirt is by St. John's Bay in a size 3XL = XXX, XXXL. New with the tag still attached. It is 55% Linen, 45% Cotton. The color is a rust with a print of leaves and stems in a golden orange (?) and a strip near the bottom in beige and brown. It has a collar, button down front, left chest pocket, short sleeves, a straight cut bottom and side seam slits. </samp><p>
Buyer to pay $4.50 shipping charges which include priority mail and delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional for an additional fee.
Your help is appreciated!

Hi RichieRich,
I was able to get to the Launch Item screen for all of those items without experiencing error. I know this is getting frustrating for you, but please try again to launch these items. Let me know if they go through this time, or if you still get errors and what the errors say (if they're different).

Same problem still going on for me too. I have found when I hit the refresh button and try again it will take. Sometimes I have to refresh up to 3 times but eventually goes through. Another workaround!?? Tremendous amount of time being wasted here.

Same problem here! Every time I update my site specifics and save it, but when I get ready to launch it either says I have no site info or I need to select an item to launch--and I've already done both!!
