Christopher, you are absolutely correct in thinking that when you change the eBay settings it automatically changes the PayPal settings. I originally had a different setting in eBay and "prior" to changing that setting, I checked to see what my PayPal setting were set on. (I did nothing to the PayPal settings..Ijust viewed them) Then I went and changed the eBay setting and went back into PayPal to view my preferences and it automatically changed them. So, you are correct in assuming that if preferences are changed in "either eBay or PayPal, it WILL automatically change the preferences in the other venue. Hence, eBay=PayPal

Quick question...Once you make the changes outlined above to get the PP icon, on the relist of auctions that originally DIDN'T have the icons on them, will the new changes take effect on these auctions when they are relisted and launched?
What will happen different if I do what you say other than turning on the PP logos? Will the buyers still just see the yellow highlighted area after the auction ends? I just want to make sure before I do anything different.
Nothing, the note we have there is confusing now because doing so used to then enable the eBay checkout, which it no longer does.

Good question, logic would state that they will have the PP icon, but I cannot say 100% knowing how goofy eBay/PayPal are about all of this. I certainly believe so, but cannot say for sure until I see it happen.

Last week, PayPal icons were added to the end of each item title within Search and Listings results where the seller accepts PayPal as a payment method.
