PAYPAL NOW OFFERS THIS CARD, WHAT A JOKE. THEY DON'T BOTHER TO TELL YOU THAT IF YOU USE IT TO TAKE OUT FUNDS THEY CHARGE YOU $1.00, THEN THE BANK WHO OWNS THE ATM CHARGES YOU AT LEAST $1.50, TOTAL $2.50 JUST TO REMOVE MONEY. THEY SAY YOU GET A REBATE OF 1.5% IF YOU SOLELY ADVERTISE THEM ON YOUR AUCTIONS, WHAT GOOD IS IT IF YOUR PAYING CHARGES TO USE THE CARD. THE WHOLE THING IS A BIG JOKE. MY CUSTOMERS PREFER BILLPOINT OVER PAYPAL AND I LET THEM DECIDE WHO THEY WANT NOT BE TOLD TO GET A REBATE I CAN'T ADVERTISE OTHER PAYMENT COMPANIES. THEIR GETTING TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL AND BEING DISLIKED MORE AND MORE EACH DAY. DON'T USE YOUR CARD, IT WILL COST YOU IN THE END AS DOES EVERYTHING ELSE PAYPAL DOES FOR YOU. A BIG JOKE.

PayPal will charge you $1.00 per ATM withdrawal. This is in addition to any fees that may be charged by the ATM network. However, if you use your debit card to pay for at least $100 in purchases per month, PayPal will refund you up to $3.00 in ATM fees for that month.
The card can also be used wherever the MasterCard logo is displayed. The 1.5% back applies to purchases, not atm withdrawals, made using the card and a member does have to be PayPal Preferred to be eligible for the cashback.
