I recently discovered some companies that sell tin toys, by using Yahoo's search engine. One of the companies I bought from was I wind toys. I placed the order, used my credit card, and waited.
I finally wrote them about the order, and after the second letter, got an answer that apparently the order had gotten lost in the mail. They shipped another order, although most of the things I had bought were no longer in stock. Of the things I did get, two (of the same item) were rusty, and one did not work at all.
I have written them twice concerning this and still received no answer. Possibly lightning struck their CEO and they are all in mourning, but I do not intend to buy from them again, and wanted to let everyone know about this experience.
On the other hand, Lark toys are wonderful, and great service!
