I am visiting my mother for a couple of weeks and working from her computer. Using a different computer makes me realize that some of the colors I used in my templates don't look right...I would like to change frame and header background colors but when I click to change, nothing happens. (I ordinarily would get the palette of saved colors plus a spot to add the Hex number of color I would like but now I don't get that screen when I click on "color".
Any ideas? Is it broken or is it this computer's settings? TIA

Neglus......are you using Firefox? I had that same problem and had to use Internet Explorer to change the colors.

Hello Neglus,
Do you mean that you click on the "choose" link under the color section, and you don't get the pop-up with the color palette? If so, it's likely that there is a pop-up blocker that is causing this to happen. Please try temporarily disabling any pop-up blockers that are on the computer and let us know if this helps.
You should be able to do this successfully on both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If you are using Firefox then the Adblock Plus extension may be installed. This can be disabled globally, for a specific page, or for a specific website by clicking on the "ABP" button (located near the top of your browser).
