I just want to confirm what my buyers will get now that there is no Vendio check-out anymore. Will they still receive the WBN email? Will there be any links in that email? I guess there will be no reason to get their address or telephone number, correct? Thanks for your reply.

Hello,

The emails that are sent from Vendio and the links that are in the email can be customized by you. You can still send the emails if you like (but it is not necessary). You may edit the emails and the settings in Vendio by going to "My Account" --> "Post Sale Management". Then check your settings on this page and make sure they are as you like them.

That is correct that the buyer information (such as address and telephone number) should automatically be imported from eBay into your Vendio post-sale.

Regards,
Nathan

Nathan, I'm not sure I understand. The only way the buyers name and address was imported before was if the buyer entered the Vendio check-out and entered it in step #2. I have noticed the past couple of days where step #2 has been filled in and the buyer has paid, but step #3 is not filled in, so apparently they did not link to Paypal from Vendio to pay via paypal. I wasn't sure if they had started the check-out through Vendio, but then could not complete it through Vendio and backed out and went over to the eBay check-out or what the deal was. Could you please confirm what's going on with that. Thanks!

Hello,

I apologize for the confusion. We recently made some changes in order to help pull the buyer information in to your Vendio post-sale (such as their address) when the buyer goes through eBay checkout. These are likely orders where the buyer went through eBay checkout, but has not yet completed payment.

Regards,
Nathan
