I notice that my post sale status on recent auctions ending last night show three buyers with a check mark on status 1. My preferences have always been to skip the WBN since one is sent through eBay. Has there been a change? (I was on a 6 week hiatus/vacation)and did not list during that time.
Also I notice that my listings now show more than one image in the eBay preview area at the top of the listing. THANK YOU!! Is there any chance that our existing listings will get updated to show these images too?
Thanks for help.
-------------------------------------
Your default preferences are not setup to automatically send the WBN, but this specific listing is. In the item details you can individually setup an item to send the WBN automatically or not and this item was somehow setup to send it. (Golfers at Montclair NJ Club House Postcard 1907)
A080212 and A080212 were both setup the same way.
Chances are these are just listings from back when you last sent them from Vendio, but if these are items that you created from scratch recently you should look into how they were made to see how that WBN box is getting checked.
I spot checked a few items running now and out of the next 100 items that are closing, around 10 are also set to send the WBN.
Note that setting your default preference only changed that option for items that you created anew from that point forward. Listings that were made prior to that preference being set would retain their original settings regarding the sending of the WBN.
From the All Active section of your Control Panel you can select items in groups of 100 and use the 'set WBN' button to view their current WBN settings/preferences.
Edited to add:
We are glad you like the new option to enable eBay picture service images, in addition to the ones we place within the item description field. This will unfortunately only be possible for the items posted going forward, however items that you re-list WILL use this even if they didn't previously.
Regards,
Chris
