Hi: I search eBay for items our museum may be interested in getting. For the past couple of days, when I click on the envelope icon near the top of a listing, in order to send an item to our archivist, I cannot get into the sending operation. In other words, clicking on the envelope icon does nothing. Any hints for me, please? Thanks! ~Adele

Hello Adele,
The option to send someone an email with a link to that listing creates a popup window from eBay that you complete. it's possible that your browser is blocking this from loading for you thinking it's just regular popup type spam.
Try using an alternative browser as a test to see if the functionality is there still when you switch. If it works in a different browser you may need to look at your normal browsers settings for blocking popups and remove eBay from it's list of sites to block them from.
