The limitations of your WBN won't work for me. I noticed there is no place to add an insurance option for the buyer.
I might be able to make this system work if you were to add more shipping option boxes.
When I sell books or videos I would have to use the extra shipping option box to list media mail, if additional boxes were added I could also offer a shipping price for media mail insured. Are there any plans to add additional shipping boxes?
Any chance you might add the option of sending a WBN without links or forms attached?
It would also be nice to have the option to change the subject heading on the other messages.

Hi Greatlakes,
I will pass all of your suggestions on to Product Development. Keep in mind that we do have one custom shipping box, so you could probably add in Media Mail with insurance there.

I think playing around with the WBN would be a lot more helpful than worrying about the control panel. I dont know who would agree with me, but I'd say AW had it right when they had the Act/Pend/Closed CP and added Post Sale Express, and its already been changed twice since then, and they are talking about updating again. I dont care.
The whole time I've thought I'd like about 7 options for the WBN, maybe 3 default and 4 custom...I'd like to Priority, Pri Ins, Media, Ins Media, + UPS, and stick a USPS LP Surface, and a Global Priority in there too.
AW is bothering with the wrong stuff.
