Sonya, Thank you for your answer to my last question. I am wondering if the WBN notices have changed lately. I didn't realize it until I saw the form on the end of my copy of the notices in my e-mails. Do I need to redo my WBN notice in the post sale defaults? I have the express notices. I am assuming the buyer doesn't click on the links anymore with express. Is that right? Not many buyers have not been filling out the form. They might be confused as I am. Pam

Hi Pam,
If you have Express selected, then your winners are being sent the form with the email instead of a link. If you don't like that format, you can change it to Classic again so that your future winners will receive a link to the WBN.

Sonya, I like the Express a lot and I changed my WBN notice e-mail to the buyer. I changed the WBN reminder too. But now I am wondering what they get with that. Do they get the form in the e-mail again that is sent to remind them or do they have to go back to the original e-mail to fill it in? Pam

Hi Pam,
Are you asking if when the WBN reminder is sent, they are sent the form with it? If so, the answer is no -- the WBN reminder simply reminds the winner to fill out the WBN that was sent to them. If you have to send it again, you can do so, through the 1-click option.
