Several people have complained that items that have NPB that are relisted thru AW are going thru as relaunch instead of relist. You have assured us that we will get our fees automatically refuned thru Ebay but that is INCORRECT. It is not working!!!
I had item 1460340100 close the first time with a winner but she refused to pay because I would not take a check. I filed the NPB bidder info thru the link in AW. I then filed the relist thru the link in AW on the NPB page. It came up as a relaunch however since you had assured us it will still be seen on Ebay as a relist I went ahead with it. The new number is 1469478166. It closed tonight with a winner however there has been no Ebay relist credit. This has happened to me several times and I would like an answer on why you provide a link that is not doing what people are led to believe. We will not get relist credit if we use.

If your item has closed the second time around with a winner and you did not receive the appropriate credit, you may want to contact eBay's customer support department to find out how to go about requesting a refund. Good luck!

I think you're missing my point. The reason Ebay does not realize it is a relist is that when we launch it through AW using your directions it is going to Ebay as a relaunch (copy) rather than a relist. This has been brought to AW's attention several times but nothing has been done.
