Hi,
Wondering why you don't offer a "group send" in PSM for feedback reminders? Similar to the "reminds"? It would really be great if you did.
Also, having the ship date show on the same PSM page as all the other info would be great. Shipping can often occur in quite varied time spans from the close date, so we can't depend on the close date as an accurate indicator of when to ask for feedback.
One more thing, why is the timing always a day or so off in the PSM page where it says how long ago the auction ended. This is an important date and why state it if it's inaccurate?

Thank you for your suggestions, I will pass them along to Product Development.
Regarding the timing for PSM, the date it shows in closed should be the date the auctions ended. If you have any examples where they are off, please let me know the auction ID numbers.
