Can anyone tell me the difference between the classic or express choice on the automatic WBN?

Hi mikek92349,
Here's the differences between the clasic and express WBN format:
- classic WBN: is a text based email. User has to click on the link in order to fill in the required information;
- express WBN: is a HTML based mail. User is presented a form which (s)he may fill before clicking on Continue. This saves user time as (s)he goes online after all the information in the form is filled.
