I have been trying to set up and schedule a NEW inventory item. Three times I have tried to set up the EBAY site details, SAVING each time, but every time I then go to schedule the launch, I get the error message that there is no site information on file.
There needs to be a better way to FIND images when creating an iten in inventory. Even when I know the file name, the little window that you have to scroll through shows the images in no apparent order. It takes forever to scroll through searching for a single image.

Hi Jaymark9,
Sorry for the confusiom! No site information on file means that you did not enter eBay site information (like username and password). It is our message that misleaded you, so I will pas this complaint and we will probably change the messaging.

Hi Jaymark9,
I just logged into your account to see exactly the error message you kindly described. I did not run any test listings till launch time, but I am almost sure about the error. In your EbaySiteSpecifics page you have entered only part of your checkout options. At create time your inventory item receives only partial checkout information, so unless you modify this, the item will fail to launch.
If this is the case, please correct the information and go ahead and launch. If not please point me to the inventory item which fails to launch and I will try and correct the issue.

I went ahead and reloaded the item using AMP however should this occur in the future, I will let you know if your suggestion works out. thanks.

I'm getting this same error, and I don't understand the problem. I've filled out all my eBay specific info, and saved it, yet I can't launch my one and only inventory item!
The only inventory item you have has indeed all the data, but still cannot be launched successfully, and here's why: you have entered a buy-now price for the item, and you are not allowed at this time to launch with buy now price. In order to use Buy It Now, sellers must now have an eBay feedback rating 10 or above or become ID Verified by eBay.
Please correct the information entered (one solution would be to enter the amount as reserve price) and launch!
