Hi toeshoe4u,
Depending on the load in our system, the WBN is sent in several minutes after close to almost 3 hours. There is nothing you can do to send it faster, except sending it manually from post sale page. If the WBN was not sent after more then 3 hours, please send us the item ID for which this occured and we will try to track the issue.

I have had to manually send wbns on all my latest auction . The lates is 1690417689 which was over 3 hours to send. Please investigate. Thanks
Once again some of the WBN's are not being sent at all. I have 6 items sitting there since the 13th (2 days ago). 2 items from 11/18 (yes last year).
Please IF there is a way:
Delete the WBN's for the 2 items from 11/18. BUT DO NOT just delete them from AW, since the buyers may still need to pay for them, and I will need to know if/when they paid.
Regarding the 6 items from the 13th, please let me know why they never were sent and when someone will fix this problem. Also go ahead and send those.
Either way I have had enough and you won't see me here in March.

Hi Toeshoe4u,
Regarding WBN being sent in time for item 1690417689 - NWT Georgeous Capezio Skate Dress MD/Ad. This item ended early due to buy-now. In order to send WBNs in time for buy now auctions you will have to join our mailstep.com project (it involves only to change your email address at ebay to [email protected]). This way, when eBay sends you the end with buy-now notice, AW will trigger the WBNs.
If you do not want to change your eBay email address, then you have to manually check and refresh the item, forcing it to change state from active to close.
Note that the time estimate for sending WBNs in my previous post it is based on the time the auction reaches the closed panel.

Hi Cdplanet,
I really do not understand what you want me to do. In 11/18 you have 44 closed auctions. For 2 of them (Mahavishnu Orchestra MFSL MCLAUGHLIN #744 NEW - item 1484873882, and *SIMON/ GARFUNKEL "Bookends" MFSL*SEALED*GOLD - item 1484873805) WBN is not marked as being sent, no WBN received, but payment is marked as received, items marked as shipped, and feedback was sent. What exactly you want me to do? What do you mean by "Delete the WBN's for the 2 items from 11/18. BUT DO NOT just delete them from AW..."?
In your Pending panel you have only 2 listings, both ready to launch, never scheduled. Again I do not understand: which are the 6 listings that did not launch on 13-th?
Finally, I am very sorry about your intentions to leave, as you are one of our most active customers

mgarbea:
If you will go into my "WBN to Send" you will see the 2 items from 11/18 that never had WBN's sent. The other 6 I was talking about I just sent (since they are now a week late). I was holding back from manually sending them, so you could "evaluate them and find out why they were not sent".
Don't worry about it. Don't do anything. I'm over it.
