I guess y'all made a change in shipping to combine orders. That's great, except in my dutch auctions which are FLAT shipping, it's charging everyone for shipping per item. Not only that, but it has gone back and changed all of my old auctions to record a payment of the amount including shipping for each item. Since I pay auctionwatch so I can use it for my records, this is terrible, since I no longer have anywhere near a reliable record of what I've taken in. Just to get something marked as paid, I have to tell it I took in over $30 when I took in under $10. And for hundreds of past auctions, it assumed I took in that much, when I took in far less. I emailed customer service, of course with NO RESPONSE! I expect this problem to be fixed!

Hi drbrownauctions,
You can choose shipping discounts by going to My Account, Global Preferences. If you charge a flat rate for multiple items, you can select to take the shipping amount for each additional item off. For instance, if you charge $2.00 flat for as many items ina dutch auction, you would put $2.00 off shipping for each additional item from the Global Preferences shipping area.

We are examining changing the shipping calculations for Dutch listings in the new checkout process to work as they used to, with only one shipping charge, regardless of the quantity won. We hope to have this change made shortly. Thanks for pointing this out!
