My shipping/Invoice Labels are not printing the Cost of the Item/Shipping Cost/Total, like it did before in a column to the right side. The Title line is too long. Please help.

It happens when I print multiple shipping labels. IE: If I mark 4 items paid, then choose print invoice/shipping label. The shipping labels all are missing the totals to the right on the invoice.
Also, when buyer's input their 5 digit zip code, plus the 4 digit extension, their is no hyphen anymore between the two-it is all run together.
Did anyone test this system prior to launching?????

I have figured out what you need to do to permit my invoice to print properly.
1. Allow two lines for the Product Description-currently it is one line that if the title is long it pushed the totals off the page.
This is just a suggestion, why not let the sellers select what options they want in there Post Sales. Currently AW is second guessing everyones needs in Post Sales. Stop being mind readers and let us sell our products as you originally designed AW for. All these Options initiated do not apply to everyones needs.
You have created Post Sales System that is no longer "PEOPLE" friendly for the seller or the buyer. Most of my buyers are computer not computer whizzes, they are just wanting to buy products the simplest way possible.
I would appreciate it if you would address my problem I am having printing my Invoices.

Hi Shadowland,
Can you provide an example where this is happening in your post sale -- i.e. a specific group of auctions? I will try to replicate this so that I can see what is happening when you print.

Sonja,
Thank you for your prompt reply. It has happened on the these item's invoices:
#1523266402
#1711857952
#1522659044
#2007652268
I have tried printing them each separate and as a group-they still do not print the totals to the right of the invoice.
Also, what happened to the hyphen between the 5 digit zip code and the 4 digit zip code? It would be nice if the engineers could replace that-instead of having them all run together.

This is 18 March, and I am still having the shipping label print-out problem. I, as a Paying Customer, have done everything that AW requested, plus send the solution to the problem, with no response since 15 March.
Apparently, AW does not appreciate my business. Will transfer my total business to Ebay. A pleasure to have worked with you for two years.

Hi Shadowwand,
I apologize for missing your post. I tested this and was able to get the total on the right hand side. Please check your browser and printer settings, and make sure that you have them set so that when you are printing, what comes up on the screen is formatted to print on one page.

I am having the same problem with the hyphen between the 5 digit zip code and the 4 digit zip code not appearing. The numbers all run together. My Post office REALLY doesn't like that. Is there a way to correct that?

1. I checked my printer/browser settings prior to contacting AW.
2. This problem started when the New PMS was initiated.
3. The engineers need to allow for proper spacing on the shipping invoice/label page.
4. Please ask the engineers to put the hyphen back in the zip code section. I would, but your system does not allow this.
4. You had a great WBN system prior to all the innovative additions.
When we ask to check browser settings, depending on the situation, it is good to see if you have java script enabled, what your security settings are, and if you are accepting cookies. When we ask to check printer settings, we know that if you don't have your page setup fixed so it compresses the browser page into a printable page, you will be missing columns. I will be more specific next time I give this advice so that it doesn't get too confusing.

The person working on the shipping/invoice labels definitely needs to hunt a job. The shipping invoice/labels are getting worse instead of better. It is GARBAGE that is being printed now. PLEASE do no tell me to check my printer. I had no problems until AW implemented the new PSM on 11 March.
I really like the old way much better. My customers are complaining that they are confused by the new WBN form to fill out.
Please, do not make this difficult for the sellers or the buyers.
The writing is on the wall for AuctionWatch unless some changes are made to the current services that they are providing to paying customers and want to be buyers.
PLEASE, step back and take a hard look at your system. This all started on 11 March when the NEW PSM system was implemented.
The print is so big on the shipping label/invoice that it will not fit on the page. None of this makes any common sense.
Beam Me Up Scottie, I don't think anyone wants to deal with common sense.
Please see Diana's post from earlier today, by clicking here.
We will be addressing the shipping labels/invoice issue again over the next few days. We do appreciatte your feedback and hope to have resolution to this issue as soon as possible.

Don't touch the Invoice/Packing Slip labels, THEY ARE PERFECTO! Just printed an invoice and it is a nice professional looking item all on one page, nothing missing
Thank You for addressing the problem in such a timely manner. Sorry about my frustration.
