Hello,

I currently have 7 active auctions running but when I check my "active auction" page, it only show I only have 5 active auctions.

They are running fine on E-Bay but they are not on my AW page. I have refreshed and refreshed and nothing changes.

Any suggestions?

Thank you...

Hello Again,

I am also unable to set a template by default and my "Category" section is blank.

We have 2 accounts with AW and we are not having this problem with our other acct.

I would really appreciate your assistance.

Hi Meged2,

To view all of your active auctions, click on the Active link on the left hand side.

Nothing happens. When I select a tenplate and i name it and save it, it always shows up as a blank template. i have to manually set it everytime I want to launch an ad.

The Category section is also blank..

What do you suggest?

Also, why do I have to click on the active button at the left to get my listing of auctions that have been running for a few days? Shouldn't they automatically show up when I access AW?

As I said earlier, this is our 2nd active AW account and our other one is entirely different than this one.

Hi Meged2,

Try going to your My Account tab to eBay Site Specifics, and setting your template and category selection. Save your Preferences when you are done. If you continue to have the same problem as before let me know.
