Why does it take over 24 hours in many cases to send the WBN to my customers? In many cases I have to go in and send them manually and yes I have them set up to send after the auction closes. This has happened so many times I can't count them and it delays my getting paid.
Thanks,
NAPAMAN

Hi Napaman,
Usually WBNs will go out right away when an auction closes, but occasionally they might take a little time before going out. We have a feature that can help with this, please visit the following link to learn more:

Sonya, I signed up with mailstep, or whatever it's called. But my auction that just closed Sunday night...by Monday night the automated WBN had never gone out. Did I miss something, too? I finally sent it myself but didn't have shipping yet because I didn't know the buyer's address.
So then I received a straight e-mail with the buyer's address. So here's question #2: is there a follow-up WBN to send out including the shipping once you get the address?

Hi Sharon,
You would already have had to sent the WBN with your shipping preferences. When the winner gets the notice, they fill it out and choose what they want to pay with and what shipping method they prefer (from your choices). Did they respond to your WBN? What is the item ID number?
