eBay item # 1760367814, ended last night with one buyer buying all 3 items (fixed price listing at 7:57 central time, and as yet has not appeared in my post sale screen. I have had quite a few items sold since then, & all have made it to post sale.
I really need help from someone at AW on this. I contacted support last night at 9, because I thought an hour was too long for it not to be in post sale, and to my surprise, it's well over 24 hours and still no support from customer service.

Oh yes, and I've refreshed countless times, and after the first refresh the auction was no longer in my active panel, but it never showed up as closed either in the post sale panel or the "closed" panel.

Last night I tried tracking the auction, and it added to my closed auctions, but with no post sale functionality. I refreshed it several times, and finally it disappeared from my closed auction screen.
Surprisingly, it was back today when I logged in just now, with complete post sale functionality, a full FORTY hours after the initial auction end.
I'm not sure what the cause is, or why I haven't received a response either here on the board or from customer service, but I believe there to be an issue that definitely warrants investigation by your engineering team. I'll be glad to furnish any more info I have if necessary, because I believe this needs to be fixed & fixed immediately.

Hi icebox13,
Did this auction end with Buy It Now? If so, that is probably the reason for the delay. We do have a workaround for this type of delay, a mail relay system called Mailstep.

Diana,
I'm aware of what mailstep is, but the thought of my email going through an intermediate checkpoint before getting to me is not appealing to me.
While I understand the delay on Buy It Now's can be a few seconds or even minutes, I think FORTY HOURS is a bit excessive don't you?
I don't understand having a delay at all. If the refresh button allows the active panel to see that the auction is no longer active, then why can't this be propagated to the post sale panel immediately, since your system is obviously aware that it's closed. I'm a software developer myself, and it seems that you have two separate/independent processes going. In a sense, the left hand is doing one thing without knowing what the right hand is doing. I think there is definitely a benefit for a little communication between processes.
In my case a fixed price listing with a quantity of 3, was ended by a single buyer, and upon refreshing, the auction disappeared, not reappearing for a full FORTY hours.
I shouldn't have to route my email through your system to avoid unacceptable delays such as this. That suggestion just doesn't hold any water.
