The new check-box item that shows up after I post a payment, on the page that says "Successfully Marked" says "Send "Payment Received" email to buyers" is always checked! I've checked in "Post Sale Mgmt" options and find no place where I can default it to not be checked either! Is it sending my own "Payment Notification" out of PSM options? I like to send it myself, and not have it done automatically and have no idea what that checkbox is doing or sending as I haven't edited what I would want it to say, which I do to all the automated messages! I've been sending manually the "Payment Notification" by clicking on that option in PSM, so has everybody been getting 2 notices or what? How can I get the box unchecked?

Now isn't THAT interesting??? That option box has been automatically checked ever since the option was added to the page - and as soon as I posted the above message, it is now showing up NOT checked! Please don't tell me AW didn't do anything to fix this problem as soon as they saw my post & that I was just imagining things!!!

And once again AW has changed something without making any announcement.
I discovered the box was unchecked on the third item I was doing today. I actually wanted to sent a payment-received notice to the first two and assumed I had 'til I discovered on the third one that the default is now unchecked.
AuctionWatch, would you have ever announced this change if Biffette hadn't asked this question?
