After auction has closed and customer has already been thru checkout and confirmed order, can amount of postage be changed or insurance added? Often I have a customer decide they want to add insurance and they didn't check the box. Thanks!

Hi Mycoolstuff,
The simplest way to achieve this is to go to the listing page in closed section (click on the associated PSM steps), and uncheck step 2 (WBN response). Then ask your customer to checkout again. The data entered the first time will be prefilled, so all he must do is check insurance on the first page.
