I am unable to upload images from my computer to create auctions. I don't believe I'm doing anything differently than I have done for months...up to this morning. I guess I shouldn't have left my computer to eat lunch. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Rhondajean,

What is happening when you try to upload your images now? Are you uploading off a disk, or from your hard drive? If you are uploading in groups, try breaking them down to smaller groups of images.

I'm uploading from my hard drive in groups, and I've tried one-at-a-time. When I hit the upload button, the image discription in the top box (whether there is one or many) goes away and the cursor is left. I try a different image and the same thing happens.

Hello,

Try clearing your cache and doing it again. If it doesn't help, let me know.

I am having the same problem with auctionwatch not letting me down load my photos from my hard drive. It has nothing to do with my account because I call a friend and they were able to down load an image on my account. I do not know how to clean out my cache, like you told the other person with this problem. AAHENT

AAHENT-
Try your temp internet files. If yours is anything like mine, it'll be full of files for every site you'be been to. I had over 17 thousand and deleted them all. I believe I got there by going to control panel, Internet Properties, Temp files, Cookies! If you're still not sure - ask the AW techs. They will give you detailed instructions far superior to mine.
Good Luck!

Hi Aahent,

If you are still having trouble, let me know what browser you use and the version. I will give you the instructions on how to clear the cache.
