Last night I opened SM and wrote up 2 auctions. Did not launch. This AM I went to add some more and one of my kids had closed the file from last night I went to reopen it. I got an error message that read:SMPro error reading file, c/program files/auctionwatch/sites/yahoo.xml, Please reinstall application.
Well, I've never listed on Yahoo so decided to remove it from my venue list. While there I noticed that Yahoo had a note about now requiring a Security Key (password?). I figured if I deleted it that would solve the problem. Close the file and restarted my computer hopefully to reset it. Tried to open it again and got the same message. Went back into AW via the internet (as I had to before cause I couldn't get to it from my desktop - obviously) and redownloaded SMPro figuring that it would reinstall what ever application it needed. Nope, no good. Reinstalled it again and this time restarted my computer. Still no dice.
What the heck am I doing wrong or what am I missing? What do I need to do. I haven't been able to list new items since last week as I had to wait for a new part for my camera so I'm wanting to get caught up with listing. Help!!!!!!
I have sent the problem to Customer Care but remembered the boards and thought I'd try here to (hopefully) get a quicker answer. Thanks!

Hello amcjavalin,
When exactly do you receive the error - when you open the application, or when you try to synchronize? If reinstalling didn't work, you might want to try uninstalling the old application using the Windows Add/Remove Programs wizard before reinstalling again.

Hi Diana,
Thanks for getting back to me. I fixed it. Yes I re-downloaded it but forgot to "open" it so it could finish installing. Guess I wasn't awake enough this morning to figure it out. Next time I'll try a cup of coffee first.
