Which is the faster/easier way to get a closed auction back into the storefront? Click on relist/edit, send to storefront, go back and delete it from pending...or...go straight to inventory, click on the item, edit, send to storefront, go back and archive it. Or is there another faster way (i.e., AMPRO) that I am overlooking.

Hi Ramabele,

The fastest way is to choose the item from closed and hit Relist, then Edit it, and select "Save to Inventory". Then you can go to the item in inventory and fill out the Store Information tab for the item. I hope this helps!

Hello,

That doesn't work as I now have 2 in inventory and one in pending. All of these listings are saved as an inventory item already. I have decided to go to inventory and put in store through there and then just archive the closed. Meanwhile, am having trouble with shipping. I am trying to learn how to use the Priority/calculated option. I have saved my seller preferences to default thusly. Now, I am trying to insert the weight only, into the storefrt. listing. I see no option for Priority/calculated and have refreshed several times. Shouldn't it be showing and won't it figure the amount for me when the customer checks out? as I am unable to save. Still asks me to fill in shipping amount.

Hi Ramabele,

I think I may have misunderstood what you were initially asking but I know what you are asking now. If you already had it saved to inventory and you just want to get it into the store, go to the item in inventory and fill out the Store information tab for it. You can increase the quantity number in the Basic Information tab if you need to.

Regarding calculated shipping -- you need to check the option in Global Preferences for USPS priority calculated as a shipping option. Once you do that, when you go to items in your inventory, it will show up in the list.

Regards,

Sonya
