Help
I'm confused-
I used to be able to go to the Sales manager, and under display options- was post sale- When I clicked on post sale it brought up all my POST SALE auctions with a search box at the top- I could type in the auction number- part of the e-mail to search for a specific auction-
Now when I click on Post sale it takes me to one of the sub folders- which ever one I clicked on last- there is no search button available-
I had this problem last night and finally gave up and went to bed-
This morning it did it a few times but then it came to the screen with the search on it

Hi Terry,
It is still there -- to your right, above the list of closed auctions. The placement should be directly above the email address column.

Wow that was quick Thanks
But I don't have that screen anymore-
When I click on post sale it takes me to one of the other folders in the list-
like combineable items
wbn to send
there are 8 of these lists in all-
but I can't get the top folder to open or the list to open the one that says POST SALE-
it takes me to one of the ones listed below it- whichever one is highlighted- I can move within the lists- and when I click on post sale it will take me to whichever one I was at last
Maybe I'm not understanding how it works- but it seems like that pages is just missing and I am going directly to one of the ithers instead

Hi Terry,
Do you see a list of your closed, sold auctions on the center of your screen? The list of folders would appear on the left hand side. If you don't see that list, clear your browser cache and try again.

But I can't get to that screen- that shows the e-mail addresses with the search right above it-
When I click on Post Sale
it goes to one of the sub folders
Combinable titems
WBN to send
There are 8 items in this list
When I click on Post Sale it takes me to one of the items on this list- whichever one I was at last- it will be highlighted-
I can click on each of the items on this list and i can go there- but when I click on post sale- it goes to the last item on the list I visited

I thought my message had not posted so I did it again and when it showed up there was your answer
My son usually does these things for me
clear your browser cache
Can you help me do this
Isn't that a setting from the my computer icon on my desktop

It's no problem...what browser are you using, and what version is it? I will give you the directions for that browser.

Internet Explorer- 6.0.2
I might have cleared it but not sure
I cleared some kind of cache- Just not to sure what it was
As I said my son usually does this for me

Hi Terry,
To clear the cache in Internet Explorer, look under "Tools" in the top menu bar. Open "Internet Options", and the option to clear the cache will appear under "Temporary Internet Files" in the "General" menu. It is always a good idea to clear the History, as well.
If you still have trouble after doing this, here is the direct URL to that section:

Let me know if when you go there, you don't see your closed auctions or the search field.
