Once we file for a Final Value fee credit, will the item AUTOMATICALLY go back to inventory and will inventory amount available automatically update?

Hello,

You will have to edit your inventory to reflect that the item is still available. It won't automatically update, because it is still seen as sold, even though it was a non paying bidder.

Sonya,

As I am filing the Final value credit through the Auctionwatch site, is there not a way to link this directly to the inventory. Yes, I understand that the systems sees it as "sold". However, once a final Value credit goes in on that item, it really should now no longer recognize it as sold! This would be a major time saver for sellers, and I would think that it should not be that difficult to incorporate.
