Hello,

My second chance offer was accepted, however it doesn't show up anywhere in the POST SALES. It ended on July 22nd. Give a specific reason please.

Hello Doris,

Second chance offers do not originate from Vendio, which is why the item does not track in your account or appear within the post sale section.

At this time, Vendio does not offer support for second change offers. You will need to do the post sale management for this item from outside of the Vendio system.
