I have had sold items mysteriously disappearing for a couple of weeks. Have been able to track them back in and no problem. Well, now I have a different problem. One of my store items sold, and of course it is not in the psm. I have tried to track it in - can't do that because the store item is still active. Is there anyway you can put the "missing sold item" into my psm for me please!!! It is number - 2346680628

This is unfortunately one of the side effects of this error. We are unable to manually track this item into your account, which means you will need to followup this listing from outside of the post sale tools while we continue to work on this issue.
