When you import your listings from another source... [ auctionworks ] ...Where does the information go in Vendio?? inventory??
The easiest way is after they are all in active, to click the 'copy' link for each item. This will copy the items into pending -- then you can go into each one and check off the 'save item to my inventory' box at the bottom, and save. After you do that you can delete each item out of pending as you will now have a copy of it in your inventory.
