it is not the listing fees i am concerned about
pictures speak a 1000+ words and last minute buyers wont bid without seeing what they are bidding on...
lost final bids- means lower selling price

Now 17 min. till my auctions end...125 items, no pictures....no one is gonna bid without pictures. I have $300 and $400 items that could actually end at bids of $24, (we start our auctions VERY low to promote bidding!) I am going to loose THOUSANDS of dollars, I'll tell you what, this was unbelievable last weekend and even worse in this critical week of last minute Christmas shopping.
Come the new year~~~you guys are history.
You are so behind on the times, no UPS calculator available through you....no immediate payment option (unless you want to use it for EVERYTHING)and you can't even keep images up and running during PEAK season~~~~You've ruined my sales in what should have been the best selling week of the year! I am so PO right now, you can't even imagine!

At least coming here has let me know it's not just my auctions! I'm very disappointed in Vendio's lack of customer service communication. Hopefully, they are too busy working on a solution to post a message as to what's going on!

We have posted an announcement regarding the current image hosting latency some users are seeing. We will continue to update that announcement as we monitor progress. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working closely with the network providers to correct their problem.

All I see is "We apologize for any inconvenience" !!!!!!!!!!! We are talking a lot of lost money here. I don't care about your ISP issues, I want what I pay for, IMAGE HOSTING.

We have updated our announcement to indicate that network traffic is improving while we continue to monitor the situation.
Here is a bit broader explanation of tonight's events.
Our primary ISP encountered errors while serving heavy seasonal traffic. As you can imagine, this is not an unforseen potential, and we have secondary providers that are designed to replicate this functionality or take up some of the slack as required. Tonight, however, we experienced an unusually heavy volume of image serving requests that led to some requests being delayed as we directed traffic through our service providers as quickly as possible. Basically, just like real world highway detours during heavy holiday traffic, traffic slowed down. We were processing all image requests, but some computer browsers were giving up before receiving them through the network.
Traffic is currently recovering as we continue to divert traffic as efficiently as possible while working with our primary provider to get back to 100% capacity. We understand your frustration, as we hope you understand our frustration with those whom we rely upon to serve you alongside us.
As always, we will continue to update you on our progress through the announcement.
