For the second time tonight, most of my auctions closed without bids, and when I checked, all the pictures are missing yet again. Why am I paying over $30 a month to lose money listing these auctions, no-one is going to bid on auctions without pictures. It really is time Vendio got their act together. If anyone else doesn't deliver the service that is paid for, their money is refunded, plus there should be compensation for eBay fees wasted, and money lost. Some of us have faithfully used Vendio, and paid fees for years, and I feel we are being treated very badly.
