I have been trying to list items today. Everything has been extremely slow (only on the Vendio site) -- pages are taking forever to load and now I am getting "Web site not available - try again" when I try to save an auction or do an eBay preview. I guess someone has been "improving" things again!
We have not done anything to the site today so I am not sure where your issues are occurring. Most likely it is due to your ISP. You can try the usual clear cache and cookies, then let us know if your system improves. It does sound like it's limited to your ISP -- if you have contacted AOL, and they have responded that the problem is on our end, please write them back and ask them to contact "[email protected]". We would be happy to work with their network engineers in order to resolve this problem, but we cannot find any issue on our end that would cause this.
In the meantime, you might want to try using a different AOL dialup number, or a different ISP if you have one available to you. I am sorry that I am unable to offer a better solution at this time.
