When will we be able to expect that this new system will work?? I have used this system for a while now (years) and I do things the same way for the items that I sell.
Today i listed 20 items with a time pre-set because i was to be away and low and behold the all came up with an error. Now I know your going to blame me but I listed 20 other items with the same exact format last night and they all went to e-bay without a problem.

I earn my living selling on e-bay and this past month has been quite a trial as every time it is something new that is not working.

I can not accept that it takes some time to get the bugs out. The Pro listing tool should have been corrected BEFORE their was a release of a new program.

I use this system because it is suppose to be professional and it's a royal pain in the butt right now.
Please let me know who I can contact in your organization to ask when it can be expected that this program will do what it claims to be able to do. Someone needs to wake the techs up to get it working. Maybe you need to send someone over from the billing department because lord knows they do not miss a beat there.

Hi Roger,

I logged into your account to see if there was any listings in the pending section. Did you delete them all from pending? I need to see some of the listings that had a problem launching in order to diagnose if there is/was a problem launching items with Vendio. I find it very odd, the same exact items would launch through the second time, but not the first time.

Please let me know where I can find these listings or what the error was when they were in the pending section.

dear bob,
On Saturday night i was using the sales pro on my computer.

I opened it up to create a bid. I had planned to list about 200 items then and thru Sunday.

They were all common in that they were all stamp sheets and except for the price an some of the description and the actual picture, all would be the same. shipping, store location, template, shipping costs.

I prepared 20 items, then uploaded them on Saturday night. I then uploaded them to vendio then on to e-bay. All made it there with out a problem. One of those items sold on Saturday night and the bidder used the vendio system and paid for the item with pay pal.
I continued to assemble bids and looking at the time i decided to to wait till the next day to continue. I save my file and went to bed. I opened up the file the next day and using the copy choice i continued to list some more items.

The difference was that i went and chose a time for them to list later that day. I had planned to be away later so i wanted the system to do its thing. It listed at that time and every one of those came back an error.
I wanted them to be listed so I went in and manually fixed each one. The problem was there was a conflict with shipping.

Here is my rub, I have used this system for years up until 2 to 3 months ago everything worked unless I had made some error. I do this the same way time and time again I do not re-invent the wheel each time i list I sell a lot of stuff (not this month)I have used this system to get it done.

I do not have the patience to sit there and wait for the return responses when doing this on line. It takes about 5 times longer to do the same thing on line as to do it off line then up load it.

I am just really tired of this lag time to get this sales manager pro working to be in concert with what is going on with the rest of the Vendio programs.

I want to know if it will be this year or next year before this thing will work correctly. I need to get on with my life and I need to know if it will be worth my while to wait or is it so long away from happening you can not give me an idea when?

All I want is an off line tool that worked as it did before, and when i list things they get listed with the pictures and when someone buys something they can pay for it without bitching me out from a list of reasons that my checkout is not working.

I know that you are a customer service staff member and you are taking the heat on a lot of this but who do i need to speak with. Should i call my account rep at e-bay and ask them to see if it can be figured out. I just want to know if i should hang in there or just go some place else that cares about my business. I pay to talk to your organization but this has made me in such a mood it is safer for me to type my question rather than talk directly as i may say things that i will later wish i had not said
