Hello,
This is really strange! Sold item 6185625007, It appears of course on my sold items in eBay yet it is nowhere to be found in VENDIO, what is happening??
Was this item relisted directly through Ebay? If so, you will always want to make sure you import the item before it closes and set the WBN from the active listings page or it will not show up in Vendio post sale.
If the item was relisted through Vendio:
1. Locate the item in Active listings in Sales Manager. Click the check-box next to the active listing, then click the grey "Refresh" button at the top of the page (under the "Jump to" menu.) Wait approximately 5 minutes, then go back to your Sales Manager control panel. The sold listing should now appear in your closed section.
2. If you cannot locate the active listing associated with the item, use the "Track" function in Sales Manager to track the item in. Once you do this, post-sale functionality should be available. You will find this option in the left navigation bar in Sales Manager.
Items do not normally disappear from Sales Manager. Please be sure that you do not delete any listing from Sales Manager while it is still active. Also, note that if you relist an item on eBay directly, it will not appear in Sales Manager automatically. You should always relist your items from Sales Manager in order to avoid potential problems.
