I have this following option clicked on in my ebay auction- "Increase Sales! Try Vendio Promotional Options Automatically import winning bidders into Customer Management folder" "Mailing List"
Now the problem is I want to send out a email letter to everyone on my mailing list letting them know I am going to be having a buy 1 get one 1/2 price sale but I just checked (for the very first time) and noticed everytime anyone won their name is on the list "Multiple times". It was added everytime they won something.
I have 8031 names in there. Is there a option to click on that once a name is in there it is not added again. I can't even send out that many emails at a time. It would take me weeks. I can't even send out that many group emails. I have to go through all of those names and Delete all of the names that are in there more then once. By the time I get all of that done and send out a emails to let them know about the sale the sale will be over. Then when they buy something again there name will be added again. I sell dance and ice skating costumes so I have many customers come back again and again.

Now could you tell how I will know for sure that everyone actually received it. In my regular outlook express I can go to sent mail. Here I looked and it just said my email status completed. No one emailed me to ask me any questions about the sale. It just seems like out of over 8000 names at least one person would of emailed me by now.
